YC Holdings Inc. (YC) is an environmental consulting firm established in 2003 in Taiwan and dedicated to climate change policy and carbon market services. YC has been assisting the Taiwan Ministry of Environmental on climate policy, carbon market, and international cooperation. It is now coordinating a capacity building project on emissions trading with the German Emissions Trading Authority (DEHSt), as well as completed a dialogue facility with the Asia Society Policy I
